I've been detailing for over 10 years now, every single person I turn onto these gloves is a true believer. I actually usually stock and sell them to my customers but I'm completely out otherwise I'd sell you one cheap to try out.
you can find them here though:
Cobra Microfiber Gloves/ Pair - Nooks and crannies? No problem with a Microfiber Glove! You don't have to be a clean freak to appreciate what this tool can do. Our Microfiber Glove is an absolutely amazing product. No soap. No chemical cleaners. Wet ...
Only other thing I use for cleaning wheels other than the gloves is a lug brush to get down in the lug holes really well...it also works wonders for hinges in door jambs, etc
Clean Wheel Lug Nut Brush - Clean hard to reach areas of the wheel with our 1 inch genuine boars hair brush! Clean every inch of your wheel with our 1 inch Clean Wheel Lug Nut Brush. Our Clean Wheel Lug Nut Brush delves into the deep, hard-to-reach ...

The gloves Andy suggested will work as well, key is to just keep them clean and cleaning them often, prevents all kind of build-up which this style of wheel (combined with the massive amount of brake dust my car produces) is very susceptible too.
