Slammed 350z...you know you want to click.

so i had to raise the car today :/ Took it up about 1/2-3/4 of an inch all around. Its literally impossible to drive that low, atleast on 19s with what are even considered a "small tire". In 24 hours i chewed up a tire on an already moddded inner fender well on a bracket that goes to the headlight, and literally tore an underbody brace off its mounting points on a normal height manhole cover i drove over 1000x on my old car which in the mk4 vw world was considered pretty slammed. So next on the agenda is to replace that brace, and maybe mod the headlight bracket so my tire will clear. Oh and cut a little notch out of the underside of the hood so my control arms stop hitting as it comes through the hole i already cut in the engine bay. Why do i do this to myself? lol

yea i hear ya man. i hardly ever post there anymore. Im just building my mk2 and have pretty much gathered all the info i need so i just come on here, and my350z once in a while

yea but it was something to look at on the forum, we are being over run by sheople on there now, thats why I've moved over to here, much more to look at

ehh the gli wasnt much to miss. The only thing i miss was the air ride and the engine bay....other than that idk

thanks man, thanks to the previous owner the car is in great shape and is an 03 with only 35k on it. i bought it completely stock with some "untasteful" mods, but have since cleaned it up and have tried to keep the body mods tasteful since the z already has great body lines

looks good man, still miss the GLI though, but this is definately a step up
