Few quick pics of my pile (e24 content)

So this was my car a couple of months ago. Big bumpers, ill-fitting airdam, scratched/faded cirrus blue paint with bad clear coat.




Fast forward a little and Jeremy (Moosiah), our friend Tim, and I were a bit bored and rattle bombed it. Looked good to me until it faded a bit more pink.



Didn't help at all that my girlfriend couldn't stand it.



Then I picked this thing up from Mario L at Vintage Sports & Racing, along with a rear bumper.

I really was starting to get tired of the satin burgundy color, so I borrowed my friend Thomas' garage and Tim and I got busy.

Still have to fix a few low spots in the paint, the rubber strips on the front bumper that don't want to stay attached, need to put the rear euro bumper on sometime soon, paint the grilles and B-pillar, and put my front roundel back on.

I like it. My paint is garbage, don't be giving me ideas.

The U.S. had imposed more strict vehicle safety laws in the 70's. That being said, they had to put larger, impact "resistent" bumpers on the cars.

No reverse rake, it actually sits level. Gonna raise the rear just a hair though.

Jeremy, I want to get that rear euro bumper on, but it's gonna be a bitch.

I need to find some smoked euro turn signals for the front end too. I'm sick of my cracked US units that aren't flush.
