  • BMW E36 M3 US on Style 69's

    Hi all.
Just wanted to show my M3 that I've been working on.
Its a '95 auto US M3 with Vader seats ons around 120k miles on the clock.

When I got it was like this....(yes a bad picture as I was not very fond of the look)

Had some ugly chromed angel eyes and OEM E46 M3 wheels.

First off I replaced those horrible headlights for some DEPO lights I got cheap and put on some M-Contours I had laying around with winter tires.

For summer I lowered a bit with Tein springs, put on ZKW projectors and put on some 12mm spacers for the front wheels.

*Taken by my friend and excellent photographer Sæmi (http://www.123.is/mr.boom/pictures/)
**You can see my other car, Z3 M-Roadster Euro in the back

Then I replaced that ugly US M3 steering wheel with a Euro M-tec wheel

So far so good but needed more...so I got me some Style69's from an E39, some black grills and Lamin-X films for the fogs and high beams. Sorry for the sloppy pics, it was windy as hell and rainining...

The wheels are 8x18et20 and 9x18et24 running on 215/35 Accellera Sigma tires all around. Needs to go a bit lower so coilovers are on the shopping list for this summer. Any suggestions on brand appreciated

I've been wondering how those would look on the E36. I was actually contemplating getting them for my Touring as my day to day wheels a while back.

Looks good, once you get it sitting proper low that's going to be way awesome.

When I was offered these wheels I google'd a lot and couldn't find anyone running them. All I found was someone who had the X5 version on which didn't look proper to me (offset way to high). I'm a long time lurker on stanceworks but decided to post now so if anyone wanted to see style 69's on an E36

I went with them anyway and I actually used your car on style 32's as a reference for the stance and tire choice

Thanks for the nice words, I'm looking at coilovers to finish the look

was terrible, but now everything is fine, this is the right direction, just keep it up...

about the suspension, no doubt - the best option is this -> StanceWorks Zero Clearance Coilovers
