I was in awe to see some of the ridiculous and rude comments on tcl and other forums. Like the car or not, it was one of the most unique projects out there and has inspired many. And as previously said, it wasn't forced in any way, it was never planned on turning out the way it did. I absolutely loved that car because of its "i don't give a ****" style and the raw looks. If you think about it though, the way it ended did add something to the legend and story of Rusty. Either way...

Glad everyone is ok, the most important part for sure.

Wow, Mike...I'm so sorry to see this. I've been offline for a couple days with this new job, but I heard something was up so I had to check here.

the Legendary rusty is gone, sad to see the day. everytime i thought it was gone it wasnt, so its kinda hard to believe right now. but i know theres no coming back after this

Mike, I'm so sorry to see this. It's great to hear that you're okay and nobody was seriously injured. Hopefully all of the BS revolving around this already terrible situation will pass and you'll come out with a new project to top the status that Rusty created over the years. Keep your head up!

So sad to see this thing go. I've been a fan since the beginning and it's opened my eyes to all things involved with cars. I have no doubt that you will come back from this like the fist of an angry god. Like you have said Mike, as well as numerous other members before..****** gonna ****. Again, sorry for your loss.
