I don't know either.Originally posted by Downfall View PostThat's absolutely insane. I still don't understand how you're going to drive this car to H2O fabel.
if anything, you & your brother are the ones that originially made me think I even could make it out there. either you're crazier than I, or all 3 of us just refuse to listen to reason. either way, I don't care . . . it's what living is all about & I've just gotta try.Originally posted by Topazkd View PostThis is frame bagin goodness! almost.Originally posted by Haole View PostDamn, that is ridiculous.
trust me, no you don't.Originally posted by Wrassemeister View PostMiles I want to drive this
nothin' to be jelly over buddy. I'm just tryin' to have fun man. no expectations, worries, or rules, just FUN in the silliest sense.Originally posted by ajk View Post+1 just jelly
I agree, but I'd rather reply this: naw dawg, doesn't look like sheit . . . it just lives life to the fullest without worryin' about it's scrapes, scars, & wrinkles.Originally posted by K.rischan View PostYep, it's low as fuck. Sadly it looks like shit.
I would never drive at that ride-height so respect to you for doing it.

slightly difficult to answer, so I'll try 3 versions.Originally posted by Byron View PostSo how much clearance do you actually have under the car?
ver. 1: none.
ver. 2: just like 9-11 or Zero Clearance coilovers, my frame rails are at ground zero flat.
ver. 3: full frame is on the ground, but it comes down to how deep the chassis lays into the ground. it takes me getting to 4k RPM before the car will move in 1st gear, but as long as I heel/toe the remainder gears, I don't lose too much momentum.

Have you thought about, you know, maybe raising your coils by just a thread or two? I know such talk is blasphemy around here, and seriously it's cool as shit that your that effing dumped, but you're going to leave the majority of your frame on the interstate on the way to h2o.When in doubt, flat out

im pretty sure the ver.3 is about as good of an answer as you can get...Originally posted by Francois Dillinger View Postwhy don't you try just answering the question like a normal human being would?
ver.3 translation: none.Originally posted by M.BurroughsI'd have to say this site was founded on building the cars we wanted to build, despite if the rest of the car community liked it or not. This site was founded on freedom of automotive self expression and the passion that goes in to each and every build... This site is about doing what you like, whatever makes you happy, and not caring about what other people think...

That was the most pretty much the most tasteless response to a clearance question ever. You have clearance otherwise this car isn't making it to H2O, and you obviously do because even when FMU had it all the way down it didn't scrape constantly it was varied. And you said yourself that they did raise it a bit. So what is your actual clearance.- Kielan (Key-lin)
