Cops can't site you a ticket for illegal modifications in their state if it's out of state. THAT IS THE END OF THAT! Literally they can't do shit. If your tailight is burned out you can get a ticket but thats not the same thing as if you have tinted tailights. If your car is not registered in the state that you are in they can't ticket you for any modifications. If you have bags and are dragging down the road you can get a ticket. If you have bags and driving low and they pull you over because it's illegal in that state they can't give you a ticket for altered suspension. If your breaking sound violations they can give you a ticket. If you have a modified exhaust that is loud but not breaking the law they can't give you a ticket. You get what I am saying?
