No, I've seen them. Not a fan of Fluids... I loved Dylan's 7 when it had the Beyern wheels waaaaay back, I disliked the wheels he put on after that.
But personally, this is my favorite... Sorry I haz different preference?

      Not feeling it.

The wheel color is meh. Doesn't suit a big and classy car like the 7. On a 3 series it might be cool, but on a 7 it's just meh.

I like the wheels themselves however.

What really kills the car for me is the tinted turns and tails. That stuff just looks cheap and does not fit a classy car like the 7 at all. Also not feeling the window tint.

Basically: white / grey turns, red and white tails, removal of the window tint and painting the wheels in a nice classy silver or grey or something and I'd really like it.

Some of you guys take this shit way too seriously. The car is my daily beater and I only did the teal for the winter. My buddy owns a powder coating shop that I have access to whenever I want to do something. The 95's are in my garage and are in the process of being polished.

The tinted corners and tails were on the car when I got it, haven't gotten around to changing them.

It's also about a half an inch lower now.

It's not really "taking it seriously" as much as it is "having refined tastes" and simply not liking blue wheels.

Yea, i understand that. I knew 90% of the people that saw the car wouldn't like the wheels, that doesn't bother me at all. It's the fact that someone likes something and everyone else is like "you're crazy, you haven't seen this...." is what I don't understand.

like you stated, it's all difference of opinions, so what's the point of trying to prove someone wrong?

Of course everyone can have their opinions. Stating that it was static, low, and stood out from the rest just wasn't the most logical justification seeing as there are other static equally low (and lower) E38s that do a better job of "standing out".

I know I'm coming off as ****** on your car and I'm being a prick about all of this. That's not my intent. I really do like the car. It's nice. It's big, it's low, it's what I like to see.

It's all good. I don't let stuff bother me. I build my cars and drive the fuck out of them, I'll be the first to admit they're not perfect nor the most original.
I just see more and more arguing and dick head comments on this site and it gets kind of old. I came to this forum because it was different from all the other sites, but it seems to be going down hill.

Teal wheels, non blacked out trim, low with wheel tuck in the back. I think it's something different and cool. And it definitely stands out just as well as the rest. IMO, of course.
Dylans car had a good amount of rake, and I like seeing Matt's have a nice clean tuck to the back wheel.

You're not being a prick, it's just where our opinions differ. I wasn't stating that it's better than, or whatever. I am giving my personal opinion that out of the other 7's around, this is by far my favorite. Sorry that my original post of saying "sickest 7 out there" was taken as a statement of fact. lol.

you forgot front lip. rest of the 7's lower than the front; no good . . . but yes the car is awesome & the photography very graceful.

Beautiful car. I dig it. 7's look so classy when lowered like that.

I don't personally "get" the wheel color choice, but that's just me.

No offense bud but I think your getting a little bit excited. I don't think anyone really cares. Saying any car on here is the "sickest" is usually an overstatement. Whatever.

I helped Matt with tire sizes, offsets (speaking of which where are you spacers homie?) talked him OUT of buying my v3s, and always answered any questions he had - I'm sure he would do the same. We became homies and I don't think either of us were ever competing. I've always said I rather see ten clean e38s then ten ugly ones. Lets get over the topic and move on.

None taken. I understand what you mean, and can definitely agree with you. I definitely think it's an awesome car.

I dig it. I would change a few things, which have been noted (wheel color and de-smoking lights), but other than that, the car itself and height/fitment is killer.
