That's outside of a dirt bike/quad dealer in Stuttgart, Germany. Quads are actually street legal over there, so the orange one is an offroad quad and the black one is a street quad, lowered suspension and road tires. Here's another:

I think that might be a state to state thing, I'm pretty sure you can't do that in California.. But I could be wrong.
