They are different pics by different people, the problem lies in the fact he was shooting it for a feature, when everyone else started taking pics, rather then keep the pics to themselves, a few decided to whore the shit out of them rendering the actual shoot worthless to the site it was intended for... they aren'y stolen pics, more like a stolen photo shoot.

Yeah, I know. I get that and I think it's messed up but people will take pics especially at meets/cruises. There's nothing wrong with that as long as they wait a little while till after the feature to post their pics(assuming they knew it was for a feature) or unless they straight up asked to not take pics. And if pics from the shoot are already out there, than who cares? The OP just posted these and I've already seen pics from this shoot before so I don't think he's in the wrong for sharing his work (although I don't know if he posted them elsewhere earlier or whatever).

It just sounds like a silly situation to me. And I just thought calling the OP a fag, etc. was out of line from what I've heard about the whole deal.

lol Paul. I don't see anything wrong with what Bthai did? Your taking this thread way out of line. This was obviously a meet JSwain and others organized at this specific location. If your doing a "feature shoot" please for fuck sake stay away from alki and YES please invite 20 other photographers, THEN GET MAD(we usually take pictures!). Swains last shoot for stancenation would shit on his Fatlace shoot if this is the case(location)...which is funny to me cause that site can lick my balls. Also consider the fact there was professional photographer shooting a lambo at the same time/ location only adds to my point.... Haha luv ya man.

Wow Paul, you seriously are being a dick. I was never told NOT to take pics or post any of these pics. If i was told not to then by all means i wouldn't have posted them. I just thought it was a fun meet and shoot type thing. Why else would there be 10 others there shooting the same car? Justin never mentioned anything about him shooting it for FL nor was I told not to take any pictures. Honestly, if i was told then i wouldn't have done a thing. What do you mean whore out these pics? I posted on fb whoopdidoo. I didn't post them on everyones walls or anything i posted it on my page once and posted on my fan page once. I don't get why you are coming to these conclusions. You were there when I posted them on my flickr and you were there when I said how many views i got and Justin said "oh you posted them?" and I said "was i not supposed to because I was not told not to." In the end I was NOT told not to take pics or post these pics AT ALL. I don't see how you can come to the conclusion that i was told and what not. I was never informed not to and no one even mentioned the fact that justin was shooting it for FL that day.

Haha I don't no any details of what was said at the event, and yes the only thing I know about the meet is observing BTHAI's pics on FlickR. If this is about principal then i'll argue my point again, dont make a facebook group and invite 20 photographers to a MEET ( ALL MEETS USUALLY GET CAPTURED AND POSTED ON THE INTERNET) Do this privately and professionally WITH NO DRAMA.

This car has been all over stanceworks/other sites for the past month from jswain woring it in threads and doing several shoots. Yes Brandon is probably wrong, but I see at as him doing Swain a favor. Swains photographs on stancenation and location are excellent... Please to something creative for Fatlace and not just Alki...

For crying out loud Paul, calm down a bit would ya. If you have a issue with how Bthai went about this whole photoshoot then confront him on a personal level not on a public forum. It's beyond tacky and rather humiliating. I personally see nothing wrong with multiple individuals taking photos of the car, considering everyone was invited to go on this cruise/meet. Everyone we tend to hang out with owns a damn camera, so therefore everyone should expect pictures to be taken/posted.
