Soarer has been off the road till I've finished with my upgrades



Got back from the nurburgring last month and the golf didn't let me down i did an 8min27sec lap my pb by over 10seconds.

No dude they come with the kit form K sport, big brake set up.

Besides c/o, do you have any other upgrades to your suspension? ie: toe links, trac rods, etc?

Not much more...Just the hsd's and Jic upper arms

Sucks bro, those wheels in a lower offset would be sick......I am sure there are some pretty good fab shops out your way, why not get them re-barreled?

Yeah thats Bens old soarer he put alot of love in that thing and was all thrown out the window by a cowboy dyno tuner that bent him over and killed the car. the shell lives on with another drifter.

I was gutted last night i just missed out on the same set of volks but with a much lower offset and about what looked like a 5" lip 10j et+5, Mine are a 10j et+17

Also my other toy is a MK2 Golf. this thing is silly fast and I get to rag the ass off it.

Its a 20v 1,8 turbo Bam 278bhp running at 1.3 bar but its only qualified to be on stance works when I'm going around the carousal at the nurburgring in Germany



Gave it a little love at the end of last year. as it was looking a little used.

As we've (me and my uncle) set it up for track days i cant get it sitting any lower without loosing the handling. but when your blitzing past m3s and keeping up with 911gt's so makes up for the ride hight.
