wagons are fun but options for lowering are limited cut coils, air, or hydros all we really have :/ everything is custom cause the SLS in the rear

Yea I know Im familiar with the system. You can cap the SLS off and put a regular shock and spring in then drop it that way though. If I buy one, which i most likely will, im just going to eliminate that shit but nice shocks in and cut the springs.

I **** the SLS e34 wagons had it too. I know there is a guy on here that loves it but I don't know why. It was a bad idea as far as im concerned.

thanks, yea but the hydro shock has a different mount so 300e shock wont work on the wagon plus its to tall of a shock i heard so u cant go low on it.

someone said that you can swap the lower control arm to a 300e so it fits then just find a shock thats like 10" to fit but dont know for sure if lower control arm bolts right up or not

From what I know the arm does bolt up because im pretty sure ive seen the wagons laid out like that in europe. Ill do some more research at work tomorrow and let you know. Im almost positive thats hows ive seen the SLS get deleted though.

yea lmk iv been reading alot but benz forums love the sls so they think ur crazy for wanting to get rid of it.

i know the front you can use E36 coilovers so fronts are covered just need more info on rears.
