  • E36 M3 Negative Clearance Coilover Install

I have been doing some work on the M3 lately and one thing that has bothered me was front always sat higher than the rear. I also picked up some BBS RK's that where in silver but had a few skuffs on them, so I decided to redo the finish. The style 5's are my daily and the BBS will have 245 toyo R comps on them for plenty of grip. I also plan on running 20mil rear spacers and 15mil front on the style 5's.

Last shot on oem eibach height

After 1 coil (10mi are up front in the pic, hence the sunkeness of the rear

A little more needs to go

10mil spacers so far.....I can go further

Oh yeah, never seen this in WHITE before!!!!!!!!!!!!

here is a vid on the way home from work today

Thanks guys, The car rides fine for regular DD, there is 0 difference in handling. I am not going to road race it until my ground control coil overs come in, plus they are on koni yellow so the damping is there.

Exhaust, no airbag, and car are all sick.

I used to rock no airbag for awhile, live life on the edge!
