Get coilovers, then order some shorter Eibach race springs. The solution is too easy.

Makes sense to me to cut the springs that you already have, it won't cost you anything (except for ride quality, but who cares?). Since the coilovers available for your platform don't get as low as you want, then why spend money on them?
Cut what you have, see where that gets you, then go from there.

          My 2¢ anyways...

Your honestly telling me you own a nice newer BMW and the thought of cutting your springs actually crosses your mind (smh). Go buy some coils and call it a day I'm sure there's a company out there that makes a set of coils that goes lower than the springs you currently have. I'm also surprised so many people on here would actually give you the brilliant advice to cut the spring on your bmw. Leave the cut springs to the kids with civics and the people with no other option.

im sure the tc klines if they make 'em for your platform would go mad low.. i also think fk's would go way lower than your currentsetup.

I guess because you own a BMW your expected to spend money and get coil overs that your going to want to spend more money on or modify.

I say cut the springs. What do you have to loose? If it doesn't work out, then you can get the coils.

Yeah, and what happens when he gets his coils and doesn't like them or something.

Smaller wheels + coilovers is my vote.

                          Done.

Or you could just diy coilovers. I'm assuming you have some aftermarket bilsteins or konis. If you still have enough shock travel, buy some custom Eibach springs and a coilover conversion kit(GC or whatever). Just chop off the spring seat on the front struts and toss it together. It's super easy and is no different than a coilover.

ive installed kw's and fk's on e9x cars at my old job and neither one would sit lower all the way down.

kw's are out, and so are fk's. ive made up my mind im gonna work out something with Ground Control for some ultra lows
