A little throwback for the newbies.

Thought this was cool. The significance of the photo is that the e46 is my old car. The car I poured everything into. Time, money, sweat, tears...you know all that bullshit. But it means a lot to me. That car was my first love, and ill be as sappy as a freakin want to about it. I had to sell it after money got tight and I couldn't afford to put a second transmission in it.

The second car is my best friend Dan's. Seriously, my best friend. He helped me build my car. Helped me roll fenders in the freezing cold, helped me with a lot of things of the course of the e46's history. Now it's time to return the favor. I've been helping Dan build up his TC to what it is now. Installed coils on this thing twice, helped do the cat back exhaust, and the interior trim.

Figured it be cool to get a nostalgic photo in the same place as my first feature photo was taken....take a look back (http://www.stanceworks.com/2010/01/need-gas/)

I remember back when ya had it. I'm proud to say i've been on this forum since the early days. I've seen cars come and go....glad to see ya stuck around even if the E46 didn't.

Thanks man. The e46 got me to where I am, shooting and writing for the blog you guys read everyday. I wouldn't have it any other way...other than actually having a car right now hah.

I hear ya. I was on StanceWorks long before I even owned a car that was remotely low. But I stuck with it and this site, along with a few other choice fitment sites/blogs has helped motivate and eventually showcase everything i've done up to now. Viva la StanceWorks!
