  • e36 on 18" Whats been done?

I'm feeling some 18s next. Just want a few ideas on widths off sets and tyre size ect

    Thanks

18's can look gash on the 36 sam - might be to much on your OEM+ motor. (unless you got some mad plans)

width's offsets and tyres sizes as per 17's so far as i know though so OEM E39/E60 rims should do the trick.

How did they drive Ollie? Any rubbing or steering trouble.

They drove fine. They're super light so I didn't feel any difference. I didn't drive that hard on those wheels as the wheel lip rubbed the fenders a bit on hard turns but other than that the tires didn't rub. I did drift (only 2nd gear) on the wheels and I absolutely loved the feel.

I had some 18x8.5 acs reps on my old avus and the car felt way more sluggish and didn't get sideways as easy compared to my oem 17s. I guess because they were so heavy.

Oh and they did rub when I turned the wheel but that's expected. All in all, I'm a 17" e36 guy for the extra lowness and width.
