jack the car up, place a phonebook between the tire and fender, release the jack really fast, so the car "slams" down on the phonebook thus the arches get pulled away from the tire.

had to cut the inner lip with a cut off wheel cus the thing was so thick I had trouble pulling it but it has been pulled more since this picture and the rear has gotten lower by the help of the phone book method.

How far down on the front adjusters are you?

the fronts have about 15mm of thread showing if that makes sense
