  • .:DertyWaffleMedia:. presents "Let there be light"

I have had my strobes for about 2 weeks and yesterday received my AB Vagabond 2 power source. I still need to get pocket wizards and am somewhat limited on the shots I can take as a result of using flash sync triggers.

Anyhow on to my first strobe adventure.

Wasn't really an issue. The point of this was to practice shooting with strobes and to show off my newly tintless front windows as recently mandated by the California Highway Patrol.

I normally slowly scroll through big sets of pictures like this, but numbers 6 and 9 literally made me stop and say "Damn."

I also really like 15 and 18. You're really getting good.

These look sooo good, especially the ones inside the garage.

Much appreciated. I can definitely tell the difference in the ones where the lighting was working and the ones where something was off. You have good taste, I like those shots too.

Thanks, I just want to be like Mike, only different, probably not as good.

Some of these are really great!

But some of them look a bit strange, esp. this one:

Looks like a computer render or something, really artificial if you get what I mean?

Some these are deliberately given that effect. I am getting more confident in PP IIRC I really pulled the shadows out of that picture which makes it look weird and futuristic. Just like me.
