  • E36 out, Mk4 in

Fancied a change so I've sold the 328 and moved on to this...

Current set up is FK Highsport coilovers with Eibach roll bars front and rear.
Wheels are BBS CH reps although they've got BBS stamped on them so I dunno if they are reps or not.
225/40/18's all round, fronts are going to 215 so I can get the front down with a little spacing too.
Adjusters are out at the back so can't go any lower without changing the springs for shorter ones.

Lol I'm actually doing the opposite and getting rid of my Mk4 Golf and getting an E36 328.
The car looks good, I've always liked the look of CHs.

215s, more low, a little bigger spacer in the rear, and paint those wheels silver.

I wouldn't class it as a downgrade, its a V5 Highline so good spec and it makes a cracking noise.
I've had 3 E36's, time for something else.
215's are getting fitted on Monday, spacers are here ready to go on too.
Oh and the wheels will be staying matt black.

You should be able to take the helper springs out to go lower. Why do you think the wheels are reps?
                      I <3 Poke

Because the previous owner told me they were!
The rear doesn't have helper springs on Mk4's, spring sits separate from the strut.
Front still has at least an inch more travel so that'll come down once the tyres are on.
