It's funny... If he had meatier tires everyone would say smaller tires and go lower. So he has smaller tires and is low, and everyone says bigger tires, raise it up, and space the wheels out. Sometimes this place amazes me.

When people say 'smaller tires', they usually mean less width. This looks odd because of the extremely low profile.
