One thing to keep in mind is if you use a restoring agent to bring back the faded gray on the bumpers, it's going to make them a lot harder to paint if you do that down the road. The compounds in those restorers make it hard for paint to adhere.

I had planned to either do what Dr. AK did to his lowers, or color match them. I'm trying to figure out which I prefer at the moment
I don't plan on using any restoring products, either color match or a satin trim-type black. Leaning towards color matched though.

But that wholly depends... In your first thread about this car you said you want an M front bumper. Then I would paint the skirts and rear lower green at least, but preferrably mount the whole M package.
If you have decided not to go with M bumpers (which I would strongly suggest, as a non - M sedan looks more than awesome when it's slammed on it's nuts - which I hope you do btw), then paint the upper halves of the bumpers green and do the lowers black, just like I have it. It makes the car look longer and lower. Non-M package but fully painted makes the car look bloated.
Code the whole bumper, i would also look out for sport side skirts, the flat ones. Will look so much fresher when it's slammed. looks a good project though, 325i e36s are pretty rare over here. Mostly 323s and 328s.
I reeeeally like how that chop looks, I think I'll do that. Plans can always change
Also, I want coils so I can slam it on its nuts. Anyone looking to let go some E36 coils for cheap? Or are there any lower priced coils I should check out? If not I'll probably just end up going with DDM coils.
