Lumis_Wolfy. Is this the fitment youve got in your sig? 205/45/16 on the 9.5 et25's?

Old post but I like the fitment. Want something simular on my 16x9 et20's!

    Cheers,

Stanceworks is beginning to get a real attitude with certain postings now and to be honest i turn off rather than on mostly now which is a shame as there really is some stunning cars on here nowadays but i think some need to lose that chip on their shoulder and give some love to the new batch of cars coming through and also cut some slack to the old guard also
    Old thread bud.
I think 16s on an e36 look great as long as you're seriously dumped. and tucking all tire out back.

Best advice I've seen in this thread.
OP, you're making BMW owners look bad with your attitude.

Oh, and pink wheels are gay.

^^is it really necessary to quote the whole post??

OP. the car looks good to me. Few things here and there and it would be better. spacer and painted hood. I'm not a fan of the pink centers but its your car not mine. keep it up

And you're right. PERFECT 16 inch fitment.

    215/40/16s, iirc. I think they're 9 or 9.5x16s

    IIRC, it's static as well.

The OPs car has loads of potential. Clean it up with some fresh paint, better fitment and it's going to be one hell of a ride.

But mainly, just lose the douche-y attitude.
As a fan of 18`s Iīm probably wrong in that threat here. But this 16īs are looking awesome. I havenīt seen this perfect fitment with such small wheels on a e36 ever before. Unfortunately it isn`t driveable on german streets. Too bad cuz it looks great!

I don't think I'm trying to be douchey at all.

when a sentence starts with "when you compare it to other e36s on stanceworks" are completely ridiculous when you gauge the word "low". the tallest cars on stanceworks are much lower than most cars on the road anyway.. Mike, when I say I drive it daily in the PNW, its not an "excuse". It is what it is. I plan on boosting the car, and it'll have piping down there, and I know that even if i were to lower it more, I have a feeling id run into clearance issues with that in the future.

    1) ive looked at that purple car a number of times, a few things.

those fenders are kinda fucked and pulled much more than I want. I don't wanna do that, I think it kinda fucks with the lines. He rubs a good chunk of tire, judging by the photo.

    2) hes running a lot more camber than I'd care to, all around. I'm running a natural drop on the back and around 2 on the front. I really don't wanna roll with a whole lot more. These cars eat up tires enough as-is, that is my concern with tire sizing.

    3) in terms of low, the rear looks to sit damn near exactly the same as mine does, judging by the sidewall. My front end is a hair higher, but that's due to coilover clearances. a few MM on a spacer would allow it, but right now I don't have that.

maybe some small spacers would clean up the tire to fender gap, but i honestly think I'll run into rubbing issues with that. These cheap coils have really soft rear springs.
