Illinois doesn't let you have more than 7 characters on a plate. Plus, letters followed by numbers must have a space between them. ALSO, you can't go from letters to numbers and back to letters. You can only "switch over" once.

The rules are completely stupid, but now I find myself spending an hour on the Sec. of State website, looking for availability of goofy vanity plates.

Kamil, if you're not going to rock a front plate (and for that we salute you!), I'd say go with a Euro front plate, something where you have a bit more freedom in choosing your statement.

I wont be rocking a front plate but I might think about the Euro Plate. I decided to go with LOL M PWR said it will be here in 30 to 45days so I'm waiting. I will swing by your shop for an estimate on the work maybe tomorrow.
