HSM's Green Monsters... E36 x2

Hi-Speed Motorsports, a tuning shop known for building SPEED World Challenge and NASA Touring Cars, built two 'Green Monsters' (BMW E36 Touring Cars) that compete in NASA German Touring Car Series (GTS)... While being painted Porsche GT3RS Green, they currently have designed an E85 ethanol fuel upgrade system for these cars for the track and have tested it successfully. Going green never felt so good

hahaha I was gonna say the same thing about Josh's car! I spotted it in the background too! it stuck out more than the E36 surprisingly...

Never seen a green E36... looks pretty good though!

Unfortunately, the weekend didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped... Luiz's motor didn't like revving to 7200 and blew up on the front straight... RIGHT IN FRONT of Jonathan's #127 BMW... Luckily, Jonathan avoided getting any oil on his tires...


This could've been far worse as going towards 140 on the straight, and only seeing smoke rather than the road ahead, Luiz nursed the car back to the pits safely...


There's also a video of the weekends events... LOTS of close calls...
