why do all of the junkers in this yard have license plates still? law?

Back here in sweden the plates are useless unless used on the specific car it was assigned to so i guess people just let em be and once the car enters the scrap it's useless anyways since it's no longer registered to any veichle.

So I'm guessing its a Type R conversion?

Im so bad at the different specs on japs but i think it's called a honda integra GSR and the engine is a B18C with some mods.

That's the front they came with in Europe as well. I'm guessing he did a 5 lug conversion unless he had them redrilled to 4x100. But a b18c is a jdm block so I'm guessing he did that swap as well.

OP do you have a mod list? I'm very interested.
