I've been thinking about doing vette wheels but that seems to be what everyone does when they change the wheels. I was thinking abouting buying a set of rotas (yes i know rota's are ghetto but they get the job done).

Your right, for the most part you don't see to many different types of wheels on these trucks. Corvette and Camaro seem to be the most common, probably because people know they fit and look good. I haven't been able to find another set of the gunmetal though, the company stopped producing them.

I looked at a used set of HRE's waaay back when I was looking to get wheels, but decided against spending that kind of money. I Do like the way the 4th gen Camaro SS wheels look on these trucks too.

Sorry guys, that wont happen. That's just a waste of a perfectly good Typhoon. If it was all rusted out and beat I might consider it. I've had a bagger blazer before and they are fun. I do enjoy dragging and tossing 100ft of sparks out the back. The Typhoon just isn't built for it.

lol, that's always fun. My truck has 400tq and has no problem ripping all 4 tires with a nice 15psi launch.

There are a couple out there with the Z06's. I don't know if the gun metal is available anymore. I think only the chrome is now. have you thought or about the C6 Z06's or the ZR1 wheels. Those would look pretty badass too.

I have debated it but really an inch more is about the max I can go before I have to start messing with pinion angle and stuff. The AWD system starts getting really pissed around the 3in mark.
