My GMC Typhoon

Here's a couple pics of the Typhoon. Some of you may know what a Typhoon is, others may not. Just a quick rough background. They produced the Ty for 2yrs only. It's a 4.3ltr V6 Turbo, Air to Water Intercooler, matted to a nice AWD platform.

Stances mods:
KYB shocks
2in lowering blocks in the rear
Front torsion bars cranked down 2in lower

Wheels & Tires
C5 Z06 replica's 17x9.5 +46 offset (I'll double check)
Skulte Performance rear adaptors (been so long forget size)
Yokohama EVS100's 275/40/17

My good buddy had one for awhile, I had it for a week while debating on buying it, then ended up not. Friggin awesome vehicle, I hope you end up going lower though, they look sick dropped.

There are a couple out there with the Z06's. I don't know if the gun metal is available anymore. I think only the chrome is now. have you thought or about the C6 Z06's or the ZR1 wheels. Those would look pretty badass too.

I have debated it but really an inch more is about the max I can go before I have to start messing with pinion angle and stuff. The AWD system starts getting really pissed around the 3in mark.

there was a typhoon at h2o with some mods and a 100 shot of nitrous- roasted all 4 at a stop light after we all called him a pussy when he said he wouldnt burn out
