          Japanese dont have the TÜV. im not mentioning it because its fun to spell, there were laws and loopholes in it that prompted people to stretch.

            As a German I can say that stretch is really needed in Germany because if we want to have wide wheels
            the TÜV say that the Profiles of our tires aren´t allowed to stuck out of the fender so we had to stretch the Tires
