No more work in Sean's M3 than in Paul, T.J., Geoff or Joey's E36's, and you don't see any of those cars in PBMW.Originally posted by Stephen View PostHave you guys seen the work gone into his car? Or are you guys just assuming its just a drop and wheels? 'Cause its not.
Also, it looks just as good in person as it does in pictures, which is no easy feat

This is a pretty good reason for a feature. It may not have been the first ever, but it was definitely the first one that caught my eye. I don't know the amount of work put into it as I haven't been through the build thread but I don't doubt it. And if it looks as good in person as it does in pictures then that is even more reason. I wouldn't go as far as to say that it doesn't deserve a feature. Not every car has to be some show monster. I think a clean well built car is worthy. The only gripe I have, and I use gripe loosely, is that i wish it was featured on the RS'. I also don't remember seeing any e36's on 'vette wheels before Sean's. I think it was built with good taste. I don't know much about e36's but it looks like there's quite a bit of attention to detail.Originally posted by aar0n. That's because it's more in the photographs then the car. Regardless his m3 is sick as fuck and deserves to be seen, it probably stands out more then any of those e36's you have listed.Originally posted by boligrafo123 View PostNo more work in Sean's M3 than in Paul, T.J., Geoff or Joey's E36's, and you don't see any of those cars in PBMW.

How about you guys stop trying to take away from what Sean has accomplished here.. Its not as if he paid the guys at PBMW to feature his car on the cover, or have a full spread... Clearly the guys at PBMW have their reasons for featuring Sean's car on the cover and with a full spread.
Why don't you contact them and ask them why he got the feature, rather than saying that his car is undeserving here.- Kielan (Key-lin)

I don't think my car is better than any of the cars you named, and I have the utmost respect for all the guys that are doing it big with e36's.
As for why me? It's very likely because of the publicity my car receives, it is everywhere. I made a name for myself basically side by side with Mike when everyone was giving us nothing but a shit storm.

No one is trying to take away from Sean's accomplishment; I'm thrilled to see another member of our community getting recognized in such a big way. Like you said, if the guys at PBMW chose his car as the centerfold, I'm sure their is a have a good reason for it. While I still may not agree 100%, after reading some of the replies in this thread, I can see why people could justify this as a cover-worthy car.Originally posted by Kielan View PostHow about you guys stop trying to take away from what Sean has accomplished here.. This.Originally posted by Presns3 View Postwow, congrats, thats really impressive
although i wish the feature would have been with the RSs
But congrats still. Furthermore Sean shouldn't have to justify why a magazine decided to run his car. If you have an issue with it write the mag...
