NEW Project DD 2004 Acura tl static drop

Ok well im pretty new to the site and i just picked up these TL as a daily driver.

It a 2004 base model TL

Thing I have already

BWR coilovers

Work Emotion cr-kai 17x8 + 5 17x9+13

- Acura Aspec kit

so this weekend i installed the coilvers. the BWR coilovers where pretty nice looking in the box and fully assembled. HOWEVER they use the same coilover for a 2003 Honda accord and the top hats are a little different. I ended up have to cut one of the studs that connect the the oem strut bar to mount the fronts. The rears where a straight forward install.

Here are pictures of them out of the box.



These guys go supper low I max out the front and this was the result

raised it and inch and istall the rears ( I still need the play with the rears "lower

this is how it sits now no rubbing or scrapping

they do but my tl has a strut bar that and the studs for that on the coil didn't match. sucks that i had to smash of the stud on a brand new coilover. but it fits fine now.

Did you install yourself? If so is it a pretty easy install? I have an 04 accord and want to install coilovers myself. I'm pretty new to working on cars, but have always done my own breaks, oil change ect.. looks sweet by the way. Looking forward to pics with wheels.
