Im curious about those coils. i was thinking about getting them for my m3. I cant decide between KW and Broadway static. How is the ride? right now im lowered on Bilsteins that were on it when i bought it and the ride quality isnt that great. Great looking car and amazing wheels by the way!! Im stoked to see how low you can go.

well to be honest I am considering going down the compound charging route and adding a massive turbo too! but will see how it goes

and the weather is slowly getting a little better n show season approaches I took a couple of the hartges in to work so I can put a bit of work into them as and when I got a chance I'd let them get in to a worse state than what i should so my fingers are now in 5hit state! but so far 2 down 2 to go!

also polished up some of the under bonnet bling

someone elsewhere asked me to do a quick sound clip of how the s/c sounded so loaded a quick vid to youtube
as per any video filmed on a phone it does the sound no justice at all but you get the picture
i'm filming it on my phone with my left hand so didnt change gears just stayed in 2nd
(yes i know the brake pad sensor light is on! but its just a broken wire )

oh and its on a private road on a camp

to get this back up to date i finally got round to fitting the x brace

and the car was handling like a greasy weasel and had rapid rear tyre wear so replaced the rtab's with rogue engineering ones

the dave f filter arrived yesterday thanks again to phil at CA auto  so got to work fitting it today!

i'd been trying to source a new intake boot to get it all to fit but after a a few adjustments with my rambo knife i managed to get everything to fit!

heres a pic of the size difference between the dave f and the filter i had as a temporary measure

and after the remap with new injectors not air fed i had to bung up the hole on the intake boot and found a dust cover from the brake callipers works a treat

wasnt gonna post pics until i'd gave the bay a good clean but sod it here you go

needless to say it sounds a lot more agressive! and will probably have my mpg even lower than it is already

had one of the supercharger idler pulleys give up the ghost

so managed to get a guy on e36coupe to fab me a set up out of alloy with double row bearings so these should be good for years to come

    and fitted
