A little over a 7.5" drop nowOriginally posted by Fruttolo View PostJust needs a good engine detail, alternator painted black and intake polished
It's crazy how low this thing is compared to stock
I could of run smaller sidewall tires to avoid tubbing it, but I think the sidewall in relation the the fender well shape is important for looks. I'm running a 245/35 on the wheels to help fill out the larger fender openings.
I do want to do some more engine detailing as you mentioned, among other things.
Thanks! I've wanted one for a long time. Glad to have one nowOriginally posted by SoapHero View PostDamn I fucking love this thing! Now I want a forester....

Finally have gotten to drive it. I also got my intake done. It was hard to find something that would work with the tubs. I found this ebay kit for a subaru baja. I had to mount it differently than intended and modify it a bit, but it works.

Not a stupid question!Originally posted by Fruttolo View PostSo to switch to rwd only you just have to remove front axles and diff and machine front stubs? Stupid question probably but I've never seen inside a subaru
I didn't just leave the diff out, I gutted and welded my center diff. So that it is always going to the rear wheels. They sell spools to do the same thing but they're expensive!

I tried to keep some of the clutter down LolOriginally posted by Fruttolo View PostThe way you explain about tubbing a forester like it's the easiest 2-hours job ever is awesome LOL
I like where this is going, the forester is a cool weird thing and it looks awesome with a proper stance
Thank you! Actually looking to get rid of the blue one sometime soon here.Originally posted by Steven_318ti View PostThis is excellent, love what your doing, the blue sub is awesome by the way
