UK 2002 Ford Fiesta Zetec S fast road build!

So. 2002 Fiesta, zetec s 1.6. She's a bit rough to be honest! I flew across the UK (I live at the top of Scotland in Caithness, google it!) to get this car and drove it home 12 hours lol. I'm insane! I've already done a ground-up rebuild on one of these, including a full respray etc. This will be no different, other than the fact it'll be done to a better and higher standard since i've more experience. I'll update as soon as i get stuck in, which will be soon

Currently spec of the car (roughly)
- 2002 Ford Fiesta Zetec S 1.6 on almost 150,000 miles
-1.6 engine presumeably rebuilt.
-Ford puma 1.7 metal inlet manifold, throttle body and fuel rail
-Ford Puma 1.7 gearbox
-Milltek Stainless 4-2-1 v2 exhaust manifold and cat-back
-K&N Panel Filter, air box resonator removed
-Vibratech Lower Gearbox mount
- Sat on AP Coilover Suspension
-Powerflex polybushed wishbones, anti roll bar and rear axle
-Ford Fiesta ST150 280mm front brake conversion
-195/50/15 Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres fitted to standard phase 2 zetec s wheels
- 12.5mm rear axle spacers
-Lower wishbone brace
-Upper front strut brace
-Triple R Composites Front splitter
-Bonnet Struts
-MHW rear lights
-mk6 escort rs2000 recaro front seats
-leather rear bench seat and door cards
-ford puma metal gear knob

Right then! So its been a few months, taken me a little while to properly get this build going. I've been busy buying shiny bits and blowing all my money on cars. Have spent the past few days stripping the car to a bare shell, and i fabricated a rollover spit for the car to be mounted on, there's nothing worse than lying on your back underneath a car repairing rust.
Here's some photos of the cars final journey, where funnily enough it burst a brake pipe on the passenger side rear, and i had to nurse the car home 15 odd miles with no brakes lol.

Here's a few of it how it sits now, in the garage on the rollover! I've totally degreased it underneath to show exactly what i need to do!

The plan now is to get on with some fabrication and rust repairs.

Oh, and the wheels i've picked up, 15x7 Genuine Ford Racing Ka alloys (FRK's). Should sit nice with 195/45 tyres, 12.5mm rear axle spacers and relatively low
