    Hello guys!

So the background to this is that i wanted a nice car this summer since my big e28 build is´nt going to be ready in a few years.. I traded my e46 320 touring for this piece of shit. The car is a e36 325 convertible that was not taken care of at all.. I´m the 23th owner of this bad boy since 2005. so i had alot to do in a short period of time. the goal where to get it done till a large BMW meet here in Sweden at the 27 of May. i started working on the car just a month before the meet where going to take place.

the goal was to get the rust fixed and get the car painted white and to get it in shape. alot of stuff where ordered..

here´s a picture from when i first got the car!

newer picture after some rust work and stuff. I also got rid of those freaking headlights..

a picture of my old car i had that i´ve been missing since the day i had to sell it

now for the rims. i got myself a set of 17x8 style 5s that i mashined in half so that they could be remade to 3 piece. i ordered new gold bolts and the 4" outer lips were on it´s way!

I plan to mashine new center bolts instead of the boring plastic bolts that´s on the style 5s.. here´s a drawing of what i´m planning.

    the planning of colors:

a drawing of the new lip and barrel.

then the lips arrived! i started mashining the faces as soon as i could to make it possible to make a sandwich mount onstead of the original back mount.

then i started making a test piece of the center bolts.. i´m not so happy with them so they will be remade.

then the barrels got painted matte black and the faces was painted gloss white. then they where assembled!

i got myself rear camber arms to get some angle on the rear wheels! they where a pain in the ass to get in place due to former owners not taking care of the car..

i painted my gold spoke steering wheel because the wheels with white grip was sold out so i got a red one and painted it myself.

for now i think the car sounds great with the stock exhaust so i painted it matte black to hide it a bit.

the car where in worse shape then i thought with bondo over rust and dent´s and shit. there where just no time to make it perfect so i got myself a water based paint and a few rollers! i started of with a mod to the front to get it a bit cleaner. who needs fog light delete plates? right?

then the car was dissasembled and sanded. alot of work was needed on a few spots with filler and rust...

after 2 coats with the roller:

while wainting for the paint to dry i started with the seats. the plan was to paint the entire interior white. i got a kit from a website that said that the kit would cover an entire car interior. i got 3 kits for just the front seats and it looks like shit.. i will fix this asap.

this is how the interior looks right now. alot left to do there..

so then i just had to assemble the car and do some adjustments! i was not able to get my tires mounted so the night before the meet i borrowed a set of monster truck tires just so get something i could get on the rims..

here is 2 pictures from the bmw meet! this is under 1 month since the before pictures

then instead of 225/45 i got a set of 215/40 mounted on the car to get it a bit closer to the ground

i tried to slam the car in the front but it was just not pissible to turn without camber in the front

the new glass fibre lip where mint! for a few days at least xD

now that i got more time i have some plans for the car.

the car will get a complete respray in white
the center bolts will be mashined
the interior will be redone. possibly with sport seats.
    new door trim
new front fenders (not to raped with the roller)
    camber plates in the front
    more low!
    new exhaust
    rear diffuser

the car will be in mint condition as soon as possible! that´s the goal at least.
