    Guy, you made a cool car. You're a big lad. Since childhood, I have been fond of BMWs and I myself often spend my evenings in the garage twisting nuts. Now I have discovered a new hobby.     E24s were introduced in 1976 and were based on E12s until 1982/3 when E28s came out. Kinda strange they didn't change the chassis code like they did with the 5s, but E24s ran from 76-89.
