no clue on how to make these fit....JK, starting my cuts tomorrow on the fenders and the bumpers, going to make these fit no problem. Test fit sucks since they poke 3.6 inches and im currently fitting on my fender lol. 4.5 up front and 5 inch lips in the rear .
Havent updated in awhile, between renovating my house trying to get through another semester and working full time, its hard to put in a couple hours. Any who, ive made my templates for my flares from spare plastic, the plan is to weld sheet metal between the the arch i cut out and the fender since i have no metal forming machines (the plastic will act as such), fill it and call it a day for all four corners. Disregard the crooked template, and the screws lol. Fitment is where i want it though!
no real update today, finished the other side and started welding everything up, everything fits great so im happy with the results so far, pictures sometime this week.
no real update. Between shitty georgia weather, and waiting 2 weeks because USPS lost, or stole several of my packages i have been set WAYYYYYY back. My front two fenders are done, i havent started working on the two rears, I bought new SS-5 bags for better clearance in the rear so i can start on my exhaust soon.
nah, just base model. i opted not to have a turbo model, i built a 535i over the winter and a boosted and bagged e28, both had problems as far as dailying everyday, said i wouldnt touch them again!
damn right they do!
If I'm not mistaken EVERY Volvo after 95 or so is at minimum a low pressure turbo. Very reliable though. I have a 2014 S60T5. It's a little beast

Nope N/A. It was between this or a Auto mid mileage T5. I would take reliability over a fun weekend car any day!
I finally finished up all the fenders as far as welding to the body is concerned. still need to make brackets to separate bumpers from fenders but i am happy with the fitment all around. Still waiting on my front lip, splitter, rear diffuser, and side splitters as well as a door to pop up in the scrap yard so i can replace my dented one(damn old lady in the parking lot.) Enjoy the pics!
Lovin' the Volvo man- I like Beamers, but it seemed for a while there that they were all that were on this board. Really excited to see this thing finished.

Preciate it man! Yes I wanted to do something different and no one seems to touch harder platforms to work on. I'm no where near finished though lol I have such a long list to do but its so hard between full time work and school
So what exactly are you lowered on? Stock suspension with bags? Sorry man, I did a quick readthrough of the thread but couldn't find mention of it more than just "it's bagged"
I plan on doing stock suspension with a budget UAS setup w/ a tiny tank and tiny compressor on my car(I don't want or need fast for up/down) and I'm wondering what you're using.

I tried a lot of options, I used airlift first but they didn't provide enough lift and I broke both my axles first day 😭😭, so I then used airbag it front air struts and welded on my lower front brackets but the strut inserts ended up blowing, so I essentially built some front scratched, cut and welded tube, billy inserts, custom camber plates, and UAS bags up front, in the rear I am running ss5 bags. I notched the LCA and the OEM cup to fit them, when I aired out before they would rub and I would rather have peace of mind than to take a short cut.
