No I really dont like de C20XE. Its way to much work for such a little rusty car. I rather buy another Opel for this money.
But now we need to weld a bit for the new TÜV because RUST (even if the previous owner said that it has no rust).

Ive been thinking and talking with my TÜV dude about the wheels and I came to the conclusion that I keep the Renault wheels. When I have money Ill make them silver and maybe run them without the caps but with these Foliatec Lug Nut Fakes in gold. I think this could be look fire.
Maybe I use plastidip for making them silver, because legit paint costs to much and one wheel already has a punch.
And we fixed the rust hole which was in the bottom of the passenger seat:
So it passed TÜV yesterday and I can drive another 2 years. Yay.

Yesterday I had my graduation and I took the Corsa because I didnt want that my mum or dad drove me with a boring car. So I was driving with my mum and my dad in the Corsa and the exhaust was hitting the bottom of the car (in the middle at the resonator), so we need to figure that out.
And then, in August I take the Corsa to a few buddys to figure out the front shocks, if we can remove the bump stop, so that its not driving like shit anymore.
Look how small it looks in the parking lot:

I finally decided that I get rid of these 17 inch wheels and get 15 inch BBSs for a more classy look. Stay tuned!
They will be 6x15 with 165/50 R15 Achilles tyres.Last edited by SoapHero; 06-24-2017, 01:36 PM.

So today I fixe the front coilovers. They left the original upper spring holder in, but with the coils you don´t need it.
So this got the car 2cm lower, but then I raised it 2cm so now the result is the same height than before, BUT finally spring travel and dampening. Before it had 0 spring travel and 0 dampening, it was hard as shit.
Did the job outside in the German rain:
And when I put the coils back in, I set the camber up to around -2 degrees which looks now like this:
Looks pretty damn good I think. The next steps are:
1. Getting 16 inch steelies with 165/40 R16 tyres
2. Set the height, maybe put around -2 degrees camber in the back with shims
3. Get an alignment
Step 1 is hopefully done next week, then I go to Croatia for 2 weeks and then I wanna get the alignment and go to TÜV.
