Oh boy those specs on a w124 ))))))))))))

Wheels mounted. Final specs 17x9 ET3 and 17x11 ET15. New bolts, Almandine Black colored centers and 3.5" lips to rear. Not sure how I'm gonna get the rear ones fit, but I'll find a solution.

Not much has happened, testfit the wheels, got springs & shocks for the rear. But stumbled upon some rust on the passenger rear side, but nothing that major and already collecting the needed parts that needs to be welded and taken care of.

Rear of the side sills are THE weak point of the w124...




...besides the front fenders, rear light surroundings, rear subframe mountings, battery tray, front of the side sills, jack-up points, ......, .......



OT: If you want a "cheap" way of fitting wide fenders in the rear, you can weld in the arches of a front fender

The battery tray is shot as well, but it's not that important right now.
I'm aware of the front fenders mod, but I'm going a slightly different route.

Fitment is pretty much settled for now, need to paint rear and front fenders and some other things to do as well.

It kinda looks like Evan's old blue 400 with the sagging headlights

No worries, I have the retainers on the car, just disassembled the lights slightly from the bottom so need to fix them to a better position
