Shift knob setup is definitely awesome... I'll be looking for that fog light change

Check the bulbs. As odd as it sounds, it's not terribly uncommon to have a shit bulb that shorts across a ground or a hot lead that causes your car to do weird stuff.
I replaced a brake light bulb in my Accord once, and every time I hit the brakes the running lights would turn on.
Turns out the "new" bulb I put in it had a defect, and it would short across two pins that somehow tricked the relay to turning on all the running lights and not the brake light.

I dig that Estoril Blue and those areas are so easily correctible. Paint looks to be great shape. I bought and M Striped shift boot and e brake boot for my E30 awhile back, definately a nice touch, although if the stripes are repeating over the interior it could become overkill..

I really like the ZHP knob and the shift boot, I don't feel that it's too much right now but if I pull the trigger on an M-rain interior then it may be too much..... or just enough
