  • Audi 90 | 80s style modified |

    Hi!

I'm Roy, i had a login before, but lost it like usual lol :p
I'm 20 years old, working at a truck garage as warehouse employee.

I am a carguy since i was little but since 5 years all elder audi's has my interest.
So in owned a couple of them:

My first car i owned, never drove with it because i didn't had a driverlicense yet.
Audi 90 2.3NG from Halifax Canada, came in 1991 to the Netherlands and i bought it in 2012. but i sold it to my brother in 2013
Put some crappy coilovers on it and 8jx16" Schmidt Spacelines on it

After that gold audi i bought this Audi 80 1.9 TDI 90HP in 2013 full stock and modified with mostly original Audi parts.
Sold in 2014 after a year, because too slooowww

After that slow Audi 80 i was searching for a 'real' Audi. 5 cylinders and a bit elder. I almost bought a Coupe GT 1.8 4 cylnder, slow too but was looking OK, but it was gone before i was there :p
A day later i found a Audi 90 2.2 TYP81, 30kms from my home. that evening it was mine. I have it now more than 1,5 year.

    Specs:
    Audi 90 TYP81
    2.2KV 5 cylinder 136HP
    25x.xxxkms
    blue interior,
    green tinted windows,
    original sunroof
    Kamei skirts
    extra gauges

    when i bought it

We thought it was a good car with a bit of work but the seller did a crappy restoration on it. Much of putty ( or filler don't know the word in english )

    So we did a restoration..

back from the painter looks perfect

    Done:

After a while i lowered the car and put some Ronal Turbo wheels on it:

    And a OMP steering wheel:

    With a mate's S2

    And the car now:

And then it was time for change!
    Quiet a long time ago.
Just bought myself some mod for the car

After spending 2 weeks spending all my free time in it:

Ordered new Hankook 195/45/16 tyres for it

Bilstein B8 with new lowering springs

Wheels are on it, Only needs more low at the front, but other springs are on his way

    Plans:

    More low at the front,
    replacement of a lot parts,
    Window deflectors,
    Some audio,
    Exhaust,
    rear window louvre.
    ..

            Thanks!

I wasn't happy how it was, it was hanging on his back. So i ordered 2 new front loweringsprings, that lowers a bit more. Put it on with my brother, much better! Better pictures will follow!

That shine! Chemical guys glossworkz carshampoo and carbon collective platinum wheels!

I'm happy how it is now, totally worth the money!

Spend this weekend on working on the car.
Saturday replaced sparkplugs, sparkplugcables, transmissionoil, fuelfilters (under car),.....

On sunday picked up wintertyres and switched my Ronal Turbo's for a second set of Borbet a's and spend the afternoon on working on them.
                          On wednesday finally painted them.

Finally received my sportexhaust and put it on on monday. Soundclip follows..

Where did you get the flat hubcaps from?
I've been looking for a set for my own borbet A's.
