I've had a decently popular build thread over on vwvortex for awhile but that place is dead now. I had a build read on here for my project Jetta but I've had no time to touch it and this is my main project now. I decided it's time to make a build thread on here.

I picked this up almost exactly a year ago.

I'm not gonna dump all the pics in here but here's what's I've done.

First did a wire tuck


Now here's where it's at a few months later


Started out with some interior bits for the oem+ feel.



Euro RHD door card


Then did a TT dash swap


Dropped on coils for now but just picked up these so bags will be coming soon


Also picked up these



Messed around with a extra front bumper. Gonna paint it. Made this lip




These recaros out of a Porsche are getting recovered along with my whole interior

And started getting parts to do a 3.2 VR6 swap this winter.

Got a chance to mess around with side skirts some more. It's hard to see anything in the pics but I'll drop them here for now. It will be a lot easier to see once it's all painted

Mocked up a rear diffuser

Will probably be a little narrower





It will be run with this rear bumper

Not gonna have a rear valence. Will have struts holding it and my put some canards on the back too.

Gonna try to pick up sheet metal this week to get the diffuser cut and welded up

Guess I'm living up to the title of this thread then lol. I've got sets of perfect front and rear bumpers that I throw on most of the time. These are just extras I have I like to have fun with. I'm on the hunt for a new daily that's gonna be my clean car and this is just the play/zero f given car. There's so many super clean mk4 why not do something different. I know most **** it but oh well, It's my car lol.

Played with the rear diffuser a little. Still missing something
