Finally got my SCALE coilovers, I ordered rear camber plates also but they didn't come in yet. I installed them one day after work. Will give a better review on them in the next couple weeks. Heres the difference between my old coilovers and the new ones. they go way lower!!!
    hsd vs scale.jpg

Ran into a problem going lower. Axle is hitting the front frame. Used a carbide bit and cut a 1 inch notch into the frame. Should be ok since the front springs are 14kg, i dont think itll ever touch unless i go lower.

Heres a recent picture taken by CXJ Photography.

rear flares are still not completed...

Yes I cant wait for the swap to begin! Still unsure how much power I'm going to aim for, I had originally said 350whp. hopefully Ill be able to get that out of the stock block. The turbo is going to get an upgrade!

got some things done today! installed the driver side over fender. My old flares were riveted on. Got really tired of always drilling them out so this time I installed rivnuts. I ran out of rivnut inserts. 4 bolts arent installed. I ordered some more eye appealing bolts for the fenders. currently being held out with generic bolts lol.

Had to also trim the new overfender because they were waaaaaaay to big. kinda like how it looks. will look much better once my car is cleaned and the flares are painted + the vskfs

thanks man. I plan on doing everything myself and with a friend. The feeling of creating something yourself is way more satisfying than giving a shop 15k and have them do all the work..

I'm no way a welder/painter so certain things I wont be able to do. Looking to get the engine bay repainted and shaved (maybe) which I will do myself minus the painting part.
