found dunlop direzza star specs in 225/40-18 last night on craigslist for $200. they are basically brand new, guy said he used them for one track event in 2013 and then put them in his basement. DEAL OF THE YEAR!

i dropped off the wheels and tires this morning at the tire shop, my buddy is currently picking them up and bringing them to me. the hub rings i ordered were wrong so i cant mount them but i will be painting them this week and have the rings to mount them by monday or tuesday! pics to come!

i never posted the new print out. i ended up going to another belle tire that was also local, met a super cool guy there. they put my car on the rack and found my tie rods were bad, so i changed them. next time i went back they got it all done for me! camber is still the same (front out, back in) and the rear toe is slightly out because "it would throw out the total toe" it drives like a completely different car now!

here is the new printout, top old, bottom new

also i pulled this thing off this morning.its the support for the original plastic belly pan i wont be putting back on because skid plate. last week i had my dad in the car. its his first time in a low car and i lined up the center off the car with a dead squirrel thinking i wouldnt hit it because really im not that crazy low...but we smacked it lol my dad was like "well thats a first, never hit something with the center of a vehicle before" later that week i ran over a dead raccoon. what really killed it though was when i pulled out of my buddies driveway last night which has a center that is about 4" higher than where your wheels roll and it tore it so that it was dragging unless you gunned it and lifted the front end a bit lol sounded like my wheel was locked up!

Ayye I work at belle tire. That can't tell me shit about alignments on a lowered car. That's the only reason is cool to work there I do them myself and for freeeee lol

so i attempted going to another belletire that i had heard much better things about. they put it on the lift and then told me my tie rods are bad. so once again i placed an ecs order. this time meyle heavy duty outer tie rod ends. should be here soon. this weekend i may be able to bust out a bunch of the stuff i have to do. we will see! stay tuned ill actually have something mildly cool sometime

so heres a pic of the egr deleted and a few unnecessary vacuum lines. i have a new valve cover, just waiting to paint or powder it

and here is my current dillema. my toes all fucked up and making the car bounce like a boat when i drive. went to a local belle tire this morning and they told me "there isnt enough threads on the tie rod to adjust the toe" which from the internet i have learned is absolute shit. hopefully monday i can make it in somewhere else to get it sorted. if not i may just attempt it myself

squad at work...just because we have to work, not because we are doing cool car things.

egr block off plate came in yesterday, along with my wipers. then today my skidplate came in. i have to pull the sai pump, egr, some vacuum lines, then cut the two tabs off the bottom of the intercooler...then i can put all my stuff including bumper back on

just got my first compliment from a guy idk at work so that was pretty dope. currently awaiting sai block off plate to delete the sai pump and egr, new wiper blades (what an update!) as well as my ecs skidplate to protect the oil pan that is so stupidly placed. should have pictures in the mean time!
