It's legal with no mirrors, turn signals, or wipers? That was the only part I'm concerned about. I'm 10000% all for driving nice cars every day, I just want everything on the road to be safe

if legality was a concern, half the modifications we do as car enthusiast wouldn't happen.

I drive a custom classic and and I know how to handle it's operation...
wipers are a non-issue in California, it has rear blinkers, and a rear-view mirror is all I need.
