As a hint: I think it's possible to redo the e30 rear pop-up windows to fit the Hofmeister's kink, then you can put on the seal from the same application and enjoy a pop-up window wagon!
Can I ask you for some detailed photos of the rear hatch, please?
I´ll try to remeber to take some pictures!

Slow and steady, made a big order to Pielmeier in germany for some parts, first batch was just under 900e and now i just need the parts to get home since the car goes on display on the 24.3
The interior should be ready this week to pick up from the upphoulster
Bought a wiring set for the electric windows from the states since theyre hard to get in Finland, now i just need to fit it in the car (the last owner had cut some corners literaly and had cutted some of the wiring) and make the wiring for the tail lights.
Now i only need to figure out what goes where and hope i get the windows working at least
The car came with all the parts for an AC, now i just need to figure out how to mount it? BMWFans showed some kind of bracket on top of the gearbox and you can´t get it anymore, has anyone got pictures how everything is mounted?
Started painting the floormat and ran out of paint after 2 cans
Rebuilt stock brakes for now, will fit some bigger brakes once i change the rear axle allso
Need to find a realy thin electric fan if i want the ac condensor in there allso
Had do before pictures of the parts before re-coating but oy can imagine some old rysty and dirty parts
Center´s were painted, turned out to be really god in light of my instructionsjust said to my painter that dark gunmetal
Here´s some pictures of the rear end and how it´s been done

A litle bigger update, this year´s first car show was 25-28.3 and my car was on display on the Young Builder section and we had a photoshoot for CDLC blog before the show so was a litlebit hectic for the past few weeks so had no time to update
New coilovers, new hubs and rebuilt brakes
Rear end
Only problem now is that there´s no fluid going to the rear, need to open up the main cylinders connections and see if that would help...
Putting the interior in
Engine bay allmost finished, need to install an electric fan and the power steering lines and some odd job to do
Some parts still left
Installed the roof lining, shitty job but had a buddy helping and giving tips so didn´t take so long after all
Fitted the rear windows, tried to use a seal from an e30 touring, fitted sort of fine but had to abandon that idea, will need to installe them properly next winter
finished the wheels 16" OZ Futuras, 9" (et 20?) in the front and 10" (et 5:ish?). I´ll probably upgrade to 17" wheels, the oilpan hits the ground when i lowered, so for now i need to lift the engine up a litlebit
215/40 in the front and 225/40 in the rear
Bought some normal seal and installed the rear windows.
Had a "quick and easy" fix the night before the show
At the show
Looks black in sertain light
No need to go home empty handed, cam in second in the competition and my buddy won 1:st place

The car looks great btw.
I did, just marked the spot from the hole, it comes quite close to the hub´s hole, but can be done easily

Some updates, so as i sold the futuras to my buddy ant immediately called the owner of these hartges as he had mentioned that he has a set laying around and could sell it. Bought some metal center caps and gave my painter some free hands to paint them:
Sterlinggrau
Front 9" et 6 and a 15mm spacer, rear 10.5" et 11 and will probably put a 10mm spacer as sonn as i get the fenders rolled
Changed the steering collumn to a never model so i could get my new M-tech 1 steering wheel on
Orgered some stiffer springs, 14kg in the front and 16kg in the rear
Need to figure out whats wrong in the rear end as it can´t be lowered any more
