UPDATE! more like change of plans/project actually.
I ended up pulling the trigger and finally acquiring the Honda of my dreams.. a 1991 Honda Civic Wagon RT4WD!! Not sure how rare they are where you're from.. but here in Minnesota (U.S.) it is EXTREMELY rare to find these, specially in this (OK) condition. There is usually none at car shows, and I've only seen a handful of these driving around since I moved here (about 7 years). Overall I'm super happy with the purchase; and now realized I need to get rid of my '97 Civic.
