I'd like to begin by saying thank you for taking your time to check this out. Please feel free to leave comments, compliments, and criticism on here.
I never thought I would get into cars they way I have. I grew up around classic American cars my entire life, but they never really grabbed my attention. All of that changed when I got my first car, a 1996 Geo Prizm LSi.

It bought it with 60k miles on it, and it was (at the time) the coolest thing. I admit, I was a bit of a ricer boy. I thought about Duraflex bodykits and neon lights, but my time in this car was short lived when my aunt crashed into a Santa Fe.
My next car was a 1999 Honda Civic EX coupe. I had seen the car all over in my area and always wished it were mine. To my surprise, the owner became a coworker of mine and told me that it was for sale. Two days later, I had myself an Apex Blue Pearl Civic... and a blown motor. I spent weeks on forums looking for my best option and looking for the best deal on an engine when a JDM D15B came up for sale. I bought it and then my uncle and I swapped the engines. I sold the car in January 2015 because I became tired of the "Honda Game".

In February 2015, I began looking for Lexus SC300/400s. I had such a difficult time locating one, that I switched my focus on the GS. After looking at one owned by a guy who I thought was going to murder me, another that had more fire damage than the woman told me, and one that had only one wheel stud on each corner, I began to lose hope and began looking for Hondas again. Then my mother eMails me and shows me a dark grey IS300 with stock white wheels. Two days later, it's mine.

Almost. The gas needle doesn't go below halfway, so I ran out of gas on the way home. On my birthday, my mother surprised me at work with my car. I was so exhilarated that I finally had this car in my possession. Almost every night, I'd drive into the neighboring cities/towns just to drive and experience a quality car for once.

(At a "meet" with some guys around town. I don't discriminate what you drive.)
But soon, we all get bored.
The only modification my car had was Tein Coilovers, but that wasn't enough for me. I began by replacing all the blown bulbs, installed my stock radio with a JVC KW R950BT, replaced my gauge bulbs with red and blue bulbs (now purple), and added a few interior accents.

Then I realized how different this car was from owning a Civic. It is a bit difficult to find an authentic body piece at a reasonable price. As much as I **** to admit, I purchased a replica Greddy lip and a "rocket bunny" style spoiler. I got tired of the stock wheels, but my hours were cut at work so I decided of dipping the wheels. I then ordered a brand new set of Eagle Eye headlamp assembly's to replace the old hazy unsealed ones. I purchased VHT Red Tail Light tint and sprayed my tails to get rid of that chrome look that the IS300s had.
Then came maintenance. I went to a local meet and when I opened my hood, I noticed that my radiator was cracked at the top. I also noticed that I had a decent oil leak around my valve cover gaskets. About $300 later, I replaced my radiator, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs. I also went ahead and painted my valve covers "Chrysler Red".

Just recently, a friend of mine posted his wheels up for trade on FaceBook. They're ESR SR03's. Basically a BBS replica. I have no issues with reps, in fact some guys in my area have had more issues with their Works and SSRs than they have with reps. (I still want SSR Vienna Kries<333)

It has been almost a year since I've bought this car, and I feel like I've barely began.
Stay tuned!
