  • Fender close up just cause I wanted to show you guys how precise it is and how great these coils are. I can run like this and the wheel doesn't budge, not even a little

      • Jesus fuck. Im not a big bmw, and im not an excessive camber fan, but this, this i like very much. Spot on sir. E46 and Laguna Seca blue is one of the best combinations. This makes me one an E46 in that color.

        • Thank you kindly sir. I did some rollers yesterday and they looked insane on the camera.
Patiently waiting to get them so I can show you guys just how nutty this thing looks rolling. Progress wise it's just about done for the season now.
Future plans include switching everything on it to Amber, and maybe some interior upgrades. Than and a one piece splitter and it'll be good to Go.
I'm planning on getting myself into a 2001 740i this weekend, black on black and through a friend. I hope to bag it, as well as a trailer, and make some adjustments to where I can hopefully use it to tow my e46 with.

          • I'm looking forward to seeing this around this summer. It's too low and cambered for my tastes honestly, especially if you have to trailer it around because you can't drive it. I say get bags at that point. But anyway, it looks clean and I kind of dig it.

            • I can drive it for the most part. I want the trailer so I can take it out of the state. The 740 toeing idea is merely a huge excuse for me to modify yet another car. Anyways, thanks for the kind words, I know it's everyone's cup of tea. Just wanted to do it real crazy and be static

              • i would just be so scared to drive it that low. i would really think about get a cup kit or something to make it more functional. cant really enjoy that engine fully at that ride hieght.

having said that,it looks sick,no doubt about that. well done sir. i would try and do a facelift conversion on it. i think that would be icing on the cake.

                • That's not a bad idea. Given that facelift m's were only in Europe.
Driving at this height really is only sketchy if your on a road that sucks, or have to pull into somewhere with a steep grade. Other than that, it's fine. Lot of work went into making this suspension set up work for me. Obviously I can't take it out on country roads or any of that. And with the wheel set up, it's pretty foolish for me to go over 100 anyways.

                    • when i say facelift i mean the front. mainly bonnet, grills, headlights/indicators. as far as i am aware, that was never changed on the m3.

                      something like this

What shows do you plan on attending?

                          • So whats the problem with driving the M out of state? Worried about the law or just unknown driving conditions? Or pure comfort on such longer drives?

Did you miss how low it is? he probably has to scout everywhere he goes to avoid getting stuck

Also the section of freeway just North of LA is just stupidly bumpy and wrecked

                              Looks great man!
