                    I always wanted a MK1 Scirocco. Too bad theyre so freaking hard to find in Kentucky Found a MK2 for $1700 and hopefully I can nab it . Cant wait for this thing to be rollin'!

                        Hello again. Now i have worked with this car for 3.5 months and now it's finally at the point that i could drop it to it's own wheels! That must feel great. It hasn't been that way since early 90's.

                        On the pictures i have ta suspension as low as it goes. Helper springs is still on because they have to be on MOT so i will remove them after that. Also the height will be a lot lower when i throw engine and other heavy stuff on!

                              How did you handled the inside rust? Im currently working on an 79 rocco too and would be thankfull for every tip

                                I just cleaned it and painted. Then also i used hollow section spray.. Should stop (slow) the rusting.
