    I love the white wheels.

Have you thought about tinting those yellow corner lights? They stand out a little too much for me.

    November

And then November rolls around and shit hits the fan.

Okay now lets rewind, back to the beginning of the month.

So as I stated in my last post, I spent most of sept/oct not really working on my car, and helping out some friends here and there with theirs. Well one of the cars I got to work on was a MK1 Audi TT Quattro, which had a replaced motor. Well the owner still had the old motor, and turbo. So guess who got a free, used and abused but in working condition, KO4 Turbo?! This guy did!

Now while I dont have any pictures worth posting of the build process up to this point, I do have a 5 Part build series on my youtube channel, over 2hrs of footage that covers basically everything ive done, which I will include in the post.

    Current setup is as follows:

KO4 Turbo running 6-8 psi on a modified stock wastegate
2.5in Exhaust dumped straight out the front bumper
    SR20 Injectors ( 259cc )
SR20 Throttle Body ( this is an old mod but figured id list it as its part of turbo setup )
    Ebay HKS SSQ BOV
Intercooler is from a MK4 GTI
    Intercooler piping is 2.5in
Fuel filter from a Mercury Mountaineer ( lol had it in spare parts bin, flows more, why not )
Ebay adjustable FPR set at 6 bar
    Ebay 255 lph fuel pump
AEM Wideband ( betcha were thinking id cheap out there huh? lol )
Apexi SAFC 1 ( Old school is cool, and affordable, and works kinda )

And thats basically it, for now. I was Originally planning on just having fun with this setup for a while and then SR swapping it and carrying over the turbo stuff, But im starting to change my mind. SR cars are pretty hard to find, every few months one will pop up for around 1000ish give or take, while at any given time you can usually find a GA car for 500ish give or take. So I think im gunna just buy another GA sentra, Swap all the 5spd stuff over to my current car, and either make an automatic daily, or sell all the stuff i dont need thats worth selling and scrap the rest, and then id have a spare motor already. But well get there when we get there.

On to the Videos I mentioned:

And some pictures from the other day, Got rid of the Enkies in the midst of the build, needed extra cash. Im content with the new look, Its a good winter setup at the very least.

So thats it for now, still dialing in the setup. Hopefully the next update will contain a 5spd swap!

    September/October

Time for my Bi-monthly thread update. Or in this case I guess Tri-monthly. Nothing really happened throughout all of September and October, Worked on alot of other peoples cars and didnt really touch mine except for routine maintenance. I did however, build a pretty sweet moped.

And got a couple dope shots of the sentra

    August 2016

Didnt take more than a few days for me to not be happy with how the bay turned out. Granted im not trying to go crazy with it, but i wanted it noticeably shaved/tucked. So back in the garage it went for more work.

The valve cover was really ugly, that needed changing.

The valve cover definitely helped, but,..

It was time to get serious.

    Look at that mess!

With all that out of my way i was able to get the rest of the block painted. Its not painted here, I was just sayin, it did get done.

Took out the Idle Air Control Valve.

    Made another block off plate

    Shaved the upper intake down

Fuel rail is pretty ugly too. Also needed changing

    polished caps

    More paint

    Lower intake re-assembled.

    Upper intake done

Painted the fire wall, and re-hit the front of the bay too. You can also see the wiper motor relocation I did. As far as I know im the first to do that to one of these.

Heres a video from when i was at that point in the process.

    Lower intake mounted

Upper intake mounted, starting to look decent!

    Look at all that room!

While i was in the bay with the intake manifolds off, I put in an oil pressure gauge, heres a shot of the gauge setup/radio relocation.

    And here we have it!

All in all im really happy with it. Its far from amazing but looks nice enough to round out the whole build in my opinion. Heres a a video overview of everything:

So thats about it for now, not much has gone on since all that. But once more changes happen, im sure ill post about it a month or so later

And oh yea, heres some video, taken with my camera tripod ratchet strapped in the back of a passat wagon with the hatch open, scrapping my front lip everywhere i go on seemingly flat ground lol

    Until next time my friends.

    July 2016

Been a while. Things have been done here and there. LOTS of bay stuff. Which in my opinion brings the whole build together. Anyways, lets get too it.

So it started with me putting a larger throttle body from an SR20 on the car, and a few days later a AEM intake that I got at the junkyard, and cut up to make work. It was for an impreza or something, idk, if it works it works.

    Then came EGR delete

    EGR block off plate

    And then it started.

Painted the trans, as best I could anyways

Got out the seam sealer, welded in a plate, applied bondo, smoothed it out for ten minutes and called it good enough lol

Wire wheeled the block and painted that, again, the best i could.

Did some more hole filling and smoothing here and there, nothing too crazy but enough to clean it up a decent amount. Got it primered up

Cut a massive chunk off the alternator bracket.

And this is the only part that i needed. easily 10 pounds removed.

Made a new power steering reservoir, and relocated it behind the strut tower, fairly hidden.

    Painted, front half at least.

    All buttoned up

    June 2016

Things were uneventful at the beginning of the month with my car, I mostly just worked on the El Camino that ive showed here before, got that running, and I thought that would be the end of car stuff for me this month. End it on a high note so to speak. Nope. The sentra decided to throw another fit, and not start for me one day. Once I was able to tow it home, I figured out that the starter wasnt getting a signal, so I hot wired a switch to to sucker and called it fixed. In fixing that, made me feel more confident in my wiring skillz, so figured why not tackle extending and tucking some of the wires on in the bay. I made a video of that, and also have some low res celly pics. Its nothing special but im happy with how much just that cleaned up the bay.

Then two weeks ago, I noticed my front tires were a few miles away from total bad news bear zones. Aka treads showing. And being broke as per usual, decided to flip them some bitches my self. I made a video of that also, and while I intended it to be somewhat in formative. It moreless is just me getting pissed off and sometimes, maybe giving a tip on how to do it a certain way. No pictures but the thumbnail says it all.

And to cap the month off, had a fun day at a lake with some friends, and got some cool shots of the car in front of the sunset. Also theres a drive-by at the end if anyone is curious what the car sounds like.

Bonus un-related shot of the lows

And a happy late Fourth Of July!

    May 2016:

wasnt happy with my uneven ass rear flares, so I decided to try and redo them. Dont have any pictures of the process but I did make a video explaining how I made them. Ill try and embed that below, otherwise follow the link here: https://youtu.be/WOsxs9HOHPo

    And heres some pics:

Was having overheating issues ever since raising the engine, so did a few things to make sure id fix that issue. Tried replacing the thermostat, and when that didnt fix it, I did all this:

Took out the stock hood latching mechanism, cut the upper radiator mount, raised and tilted the radiator. In theory allowing air to not only pass thru the radiator but for some to flow up and over thus cooling the engine bay even more when at speed. In theory.

Along with that, I replaced the water pump, and removed the thermostat completely. Haven't had an issue since.

Changed around my interior a bit.

    Started rusting the flares.

Then at the end of the month I made another video, this time doing a full walk around of the car and going over whats been done. Again I will try to embed that video below, Otherwise you can follow the link here: https://youtu.be/Q2tYGsE5QnQ

LONG TIME NO SEE! Things have been well, car is still rusted, and still rolling! F**K YEA!

Fairly action packed update coming so hold onto yer seats! Finished up extending my front LCA's today, but that little bit will come later. First here's some pics I got recently to start things off.

Went and got some pics at a few spots with my friend with the GTI ive posted about before:

    Not even low lol

Then I got a new camera, nothing special, but an upgrade from my 2001 model Sony Cyber-shot I had been using. Went from 4 mega pixels to 16! So I guess these next pictures are what 12 more mega pixels will get ya.

Also, my new camera actually records some somewhat decent video, so while I was at that spot above, I made a little video just to mess around with some editing stuff. Haven't really done much of this sorta thing so its not that great, but its something i hope to improve upon.

    Link to that video here:https://youtu.be/vMqHUcuzdnA

Now onto the extended control arms I mentioned. I didnt get any pictures of the process as my hands were greasy and i was trying to handle the camera as little as possible, but i did make a video of the whole process. And if you want you can check that out here:https://youtu.be/jDXxA7sALS4

And then heres just a few shots of the car back out on the road with the extended arms.

So I did some shit ive been saying i was going to do for a while now. And some other stuff that was unplanned. I dont have any good quality pics, but here's an update.

Found some nice rust on one of my wheel wells, cut it out and had a nice sized vent.

I didnt really car how this repair looked as eventually im going to redo the whole bay, so this came out looking like shit, but the hole is gone and thats all i wanted for now.

my lower radiator mount was pretty rusted out, so i made a new one.

then i moved on to raising the motor for more pan/trans clearance. I went with a 1.5in raise.

these later got tabs welded on the sides to box them in, just dont have a pic of that.

    other side

I dont have any pics of what i did for the rear mount but its basically the same as the one above, just welded tabs on to extend the mount points. this is under my pan now, it used to rest on the skid plate

as you can see my bay was super gross from having a bad front main seal a while back, so i cleaned that and went on some cruises. put 200+ miles on it, on and off the highway and nothing broke so i think theyre gunna hold lol
